The Kenyaways in house bar and restaurant Diani Beach has an extensive range of local delicacies all made using fresh local organic ingredients including an abundance of delicious and fresh sea food. With it’s healthy and wide selection as well as fantastically reasonable prices the Kenyaways restaurant is very popular with in house guests as well as Diani Beach locals.

Cosy ‘Kenyaways Tea Time’ served at 4pm allows you to relax after a hard days lounging, kite surfing with famous pure Kenyan tea with one of our fresh home made cakes and breaks up the afternoon with some sugary love.
Olivia, the youngest Kennaway has a flair for food and has created the menus and trained the chefs at Kenyaways. Average meal priced at 5 euro.
For Self Catering guests, there is also the option of eating in the restaurant or having meals brought to your villa. Very useful if you are having too much fun on the beach and have not gone to get the groceries!

Cucumber and Mint Soup (V) – Refreshing and cold served with brown bread
Gazpacho Soup (V) – A homemade Spanish classic served chilled with crunchy croutons
Thai Beef Wrap – Sautéed chilli beef strips, lettuce, cucumber, carrot, peanuts and a satay sauce
Mediterranean Veggie Wrap (V) – Avocado, mozzarella, tomato, rocket and basil pesto
Thai Fish Cakes – Kenyaways famous fish cakes, delicately flavoured with lime, ginger and coriander, served with a tomato and avocado salsa and a Thai dipping sauce
Coriander and Feta Samosas (V) – A portion of 3 deliciously oozy samosas served with homemade chilli jam
Smashed Chickpea Salad (V) – Chickpeas married with lime, coriander, olive oil, feta, tomato, cucumber and avocado served on a big bed of fresh green leaves
Saladaschetta (V) – Big green garden salad of lettuce, avocado, cucumber and basil served with toasted tomato bruschetta’s topped with melting mozzarella
Catch of the Day – A delicious fillet of locally caught white fish, either snapper, kingfish or cole cole served with coconut rice, a small side salad and a choice of a coconut, basil and lime sauce or garlic butter
Diani Grilled Prawns – Two skewers of tenderly grilled king prawns served with coconut rice, side salad and garlic and ginger butter
Homemade Hamburger – A wholesome and delicious homemade beef burger served in a homemade bun with lettuce and tomato, served with chips
Quesadillas (V) – Soft flour tortilla sandwich with grated mozzarella, pan fried and served with homemade guacamole
Scampi – Lightly crumbed small prawns, shallow fried and served on a bed of lettuce with tartar sauce
Prime Kenyan steak – A 500g piece of fillet steak, cooked to your specification served with garlic mashed potato and a pepper and sherry cream sauce
Stuffed Chicken Breast – A succulent breast of chicken stuffed with basil, sundried tomato and mozzarella, coated with a light crumb and served with mashed potato, basil pesto and balsamic glaze
Seafood Sharing Platter - An exciting array of assorted local seafood including Indian Ocean lobster, crab, king prawns, calamari and fish, served with rice, salads and a selection of sauces
